Real Pro bills it's clients in two payment cycles, annually and bi-annual. Of course, if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full, no-questions asked, refund.

When you first sign up, you can either pay by check or credit card. If paying by credit card, we will keep your card information on file so that we may renew your account(s) in either 6 months or a year. One month prior to the beginning of your next billing cycle, we will notify you by email to see if you would like to renew your account(s) with us.

Payment Options:

RealPro offers you 2 easy ways to make payments on your account(s) with us:

  • Automatic Payment: This is our preferred method of payment. Each time your account is up for renewal, we will notify you by email. If you want to renew, simply do nothing and we will renew your account with your credit card on file. If your credit card has expired or if you would like to update your card information with us, please use this form. If you pay using a credit card, please note that the charge will come from Web Feat, Inc., which is our parent company.
  • Check/Money Order: You have the option of sending us your payment using a check or money order. Should you decide to pay with a check or money order, please make checks payable to Web Feat, Inc. and send it to:

    If you are paying by check we will setup and activate your account upon receipt of your payment.

Account Cancellations

When you need to cancel an account, please email billing@realprohost.com and our billing representative will be in touch with you about reimbursement, if it is applicable to your situation.

RealPro will send you an email one month prior to your hosting account renewal. Should you decide to stay with RealPro for your hosting, simply do nothing and we will continue to bill you as normal. If you would like to cancel, please reply to our email and let us know that you would like to cancel. Should you decide to cancel your hosting account after we have debited your credit card for the next billing cycle there will be a penalty fee of one month's hosting service deducted from your refund. There are no exceptions.

Account Deactivations

There are only 3 reasons we deactivate accounts. 1) Non-payment, 2) Spamming violations, and 3) Non-compliance of our policies.

We must ask all of our clients to understand that just as they must take measures to protect their business, so must we. We provide hosting services for many individuals and businesses, therefore it is necessary for us to establish Terms Of Service that will protect both our company as well as those residing on our servers. If we were to alter our policies and guidelines for each situation that may arise in the course of a month, the reason to function as a business would cease to exist.


Here is our procedure for account disabling/deletion:

Non-Payment: As noted above, we will contact you by email one month prior to your next billing cycle (each account is either on a 6 month or 12 month cycle). It is assumed that you will renew your account so if you would like to renew for another cycle, simply do nothing and we will use your credit card information on file. If you paid by check, we will provide you with the amount due and the address to send payment. If, for some reason, your payment is not received by the date specified in the renewal notice, we will suspend your site. This means that a generic will appear in place of your site that reads "You do not have permission to access the requested file on this server." Your site will remain in this state for two weeks. If we still have not received payment within that two week period, we will delete your account from our servers. It is important to us that we not spend too much time chasing payments, as we would prefer to spend that time helping clients and upgrading our services.

If your account has been deactivated due to non-payment, please contact our billing department at billing@realprohost.com.

Spamming Violations: Please see our Terms Of Service (TOS) for more about our views on SPAM. However, if your site has been reported as sending spam through our servers, we will promptly investigate the matter and, if necessary, delete your account. Please note, we will not suspend your account, it will be deleted. There will be no refunds issued whatsoever, even if you are still within your 30-Day Money Back Warranty period.

Non-Compliance With Policy: If your account does not follow our Terms Of Service (TOS) we will investigate the matter and, if necessary, either suspend or delete your account depending on the issue. However, we ask that if you are doing anything with your account that you feel may come close to breaking our Terms Of Service, please notify us so that we may help you.
